The company was quite thoughtful. I felt like I was unwrapping a gift with tissue paper and a sticker. Next, I was met with a card including pictures and step-by-step instructions on fluffing the pillows following transportation. There was also a scented tag enclosed in the box. Thirdly, there was a dark blue envelope with the Brand's story and an After Sales Card. WOW!!! I followed the instructions and was able to see my pillows come to life.
