I have had neck problems for 5 years and I have been searching for a comfortable pillow for all of that time. I don't like a thick pillow and this one seems to be the most comfortable so far. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. Much firmer, which at first I was not sure about, it provides a great, comfortable support for my stomach and side sleeping. Rolling around won’t wake your partner because the motion doesn’t carry. The edges are comfortable with just the right amount of additional firmness to keep you from rolling off. One of my favorite features is that the top material helps to keep me sleeping cool. It is thick, but fits my sheets with no problems. I also did not have any issues at all with off gassing smells coming from the new mattress. It is just fresh and nice. The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch.
