10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. The only thing that bothered me was the time it took to get here. It took 22 days from purchase to receive the mattress. I have slept on it, a very comfortable balance of plush and firmness. Offers great relief from lower back pain. Comfortable in virtually any position I sleep.(back, side, and occasionally stomach). Traded from a dealt full size bed, this is definitely an upgrade worth the money. Just wait til a sale I got my queen size for 514.. Travis. Indiana. Fri Oct 09 2026

Great mattress! I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I initially purchased a dreamcloud firm mattress and it felt too soft. Swapped it for this one and I couldn’t be happier! It has minimal bounce and doesn’t sink when you sit on the edges. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a firm mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 08 2026

I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026
