The luxurious St. James Firm "Hybrid" is a popular Williams Co. model, for its ability to relieve pressure while providing supportive spinal alignment. By utilizing a European layering technique and the highest quality raw materials, this mattress is a perfect fit for those who are looking to eliminate motion, heat, and pressure points. This mattress has a medium-firm, firmness level, and uses a support layer of individually wrapped coils, 3" of latex through the center as well as 1.5" of memory foam and 1.5" of high resiliency cold foam. With organic wool quilted into the cover to keep the body temperature regulated, the mattress is then wrapped in a soft and durable rayon from bamboo cover. The St. James plush is built to last, and is great for side, back, and stomach sleepers.

Very surprised to see the mattress send rolled up. We will not be there to open it up for several weeks.. Win. Tue Aug 18 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

I think its more of a medium but is very cozy. No complaints from anyone ) its holding up well, even though it runs a little short (or my frame runs big, idk.). A great deal, ultimately. I suggest a mattress pad.. Carol. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 26 2026

I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

Every sleeper deserves the benefits that come from more restful sleep. Serta mattresses provide amazing quality and supportive comfort.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this mattress, and I’ve been very happy with it both times. It has a great balance of softness and firmness, making it very comfortable. I also like that it comes fully wrapped in plastic rather than compressed in a box, so it arrives clean with no noticeable smell and no waiting for it to expand to its full size. I would definitely buy it again and would recommend it to others.. Arifa. ON. Thu Sep 24 2026

Had this mattress for about 6 yrs now. It was comfortable and plush for the first year and then started getting a bit firm for my liking. I feel it’s good for back sleepers but not so much for side sleepers.. Priscilla. Bloomington, CA. Fri Oct 09 2026

Experience proven, all-night cooling with the all-new TEMPUR-ProBreeze® mattress. Featuring specialized cool-to-the-touch covers that work with our exclusive Pure Cool® Material to help pull heat away from your body so you stay cooler—all night long.

The mattress is comfortable and supportive, but it is advertised as felling 5 deg cooler which I do not notice. The price difference between mine and the next lower was 1000k. Not sure it was worth it. Maybe it is because it is a hybrid and my last one was an inner spring mattress. Either way I was hoping the cooling aspect would have been more noticeable..
