Nice couch and fit my very small space. The mesurements were accurate. There was a bit of a issue with the delivery (wrong apt) however, when I contacted them after seeing the pic was the wrong apt, they came back and moved it to my apt. That's great customer service. This was a Wayfair delivery service and not FedEx. FedEx continues to be a real problem with deliveries. Wish they would switch to UPS.. G. Key West, FL. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of this couch! As far as comfort goes, it’s just right, not too firm and not too soft. My husband was very nervous about me buying this and now he loves it and falls asleep on it every night! The fabric is a really nice lush quality true velvet. It cleans up super easy, I already had to spot clean it and I was super nervous about this color due to my dogs and kids but so far anything I had to spot clean came right out so easy. Plus the covers can be removed on the back cushions as well as the seat cushions to wash in the machine so you really can’t go wrong, if you’re like me and always wanted a cream color couch but never gave in because of your kids and dogs, you can finally take the plunge! I love how I can switch this around to make different configurations. This room was a traditional dining room with a big table and hutch but now it is a multifunction dendining roomspare room. I can turn the couch into a bed when guests come, and when I have a dinner party, the couch will be used as a dining bench with my Transformer table. I haven’t tested out the height to the table for that but if it’s a little too low, I plan on replacing all the feet with something a little taller and nicer with a warm wood tone that would elevate and make this look even more expensive. I’ve never ordered a couch online that came in a box but I’m telling you, this one is totally worth the money and looks way more expensive than it was. One thing I definitely recommend is using the steamer when you open it to smooth any wrinkles in the fabric from the cushions being compressed for shipping. As you can see compared to some of the other reviews, my couch is totally smooth. Super happy, if you’re nervous about all the same things I was, just do it, GET THE COUCH! Note-The photos make it look like the cushions are different colors almost but that is not the case, it is just the shadows playing off of the light.. Taunya. Long Island, NY. Mon Sep 28 2026

This 6-piece sectional delivers a modular design that lets you arrange your seating to suit your layout. It’s wrapped in corduroy upholstery for a soft, inviting texture, while the solid and engineered wood frame provides a sturdy foundation. Sinuous spring and coil construction offers a comfortable and supportive place to sit and relax after a busy day. Low-profile legs elevate the base and help maximize legroom around the corner seats, making it easy to incorporate into open layouts. Plus, the design serves as a comfortable sleeper to accommodate overnight guests.

Just put it together! Looks great and makes the room feel cozy. Assembly maybe took an hour but was very easy. A little stiff to sit on still but could be due to being vacuum sealed. I’m with time and wear it will be very comfortable.. Anon. Sat Sep 19 2026

I absolutely LOVE my new couch!! I love the versatility to store blankets and additional pillows, how there is hidden seating to make it more relaxing for movie nights!! The only negative comment I have is that there are no brackets on the corner couch piece for the 2 longer sections to connect to. But all in all, this couch came as expected and the added features are just what we were looking for.. Lisa. Dover, NH. Sun Sep 27 2026

For the price, this is a really nice couch! I took a bit of a risk ordering it since there weren’t many reviews, but overall I’m happy with It is smaller than I expected, but it works perfectly for my tiny space. For reference, I’m 5’3” and when I lay across it, I don’t reach from end to end. One thing to note is that the cushions in the listing photos look much fuller and thicker than the ones I received. Mine are definitely thinner, but the couch is still comfortable! I’d recommend adding or replacing the throw pillows to make it a little cozier. Also, if you’re having trouble figuring out how to connect the couch sections, definitely reference the last video posted in the listing it helped me figure it ou. Anonymous. Fri Sep 04 2026

The entire 86 inch wide sectional arrives in one amazingly compact and eco-friendly box with easy-to-follow instructions, so delivery and assembly are simple.

The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. You have to fix the cushion fabric every once in a while because it starts to look funny when you use the couch frequently. Attached is the photo of how the couch cushions shift.. Mindy. Landis, NC.
