This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. Do not buy. It is cheap and not worth the price point. and the drawers did not slide in smoothly. After being unbelievable unhappy with the item and arranging for return was horrible. We did not have the original packaging as we were not expecting to be this disappointed with item. Wayfair needed to schedule with their bparty to pick up and that was a complete inconvenient process. They’re is a lack of communication on scheduling pick up and extremely challenging to get someone on the phone to address the issue. After waiting for 20 mins on hold with 3rd party they said the pick up had been scheduled and I was notified, which I was not. I am normally very patient and understanding with the process however bc of the lack communication and Wayfair not able to give me a clear answer but only provide platitude’s I would avoid buying large dollar items from Wayfair! Upholstered in soft polyester fabric with a plush microfiber feel, this piece has comfortable spring and foam-filled seat cushions and pillowy back cushions that will make the Palisades storage sectional a favorite relaxation destination in your home. The sectional has a gas lift seat frame that hides a storage space that is approximately four inches high. Gas lift technology allows for safe access to the storage area as the frame is easy to open and will not slam shut. The entire 86 inch wide sectional arrives in one amazingly compact and eco-friendly box with easy-to-follow instructions, so delivery and assembly are simple.

The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. This sofa looks great in my home office. And it’s gonna be the perfect guest bed for visitors as it folds out to basically a full-size bed and it’s actually pretty comfortable to sit on. Some of the other reviews didn’t rate the comfort very high but I think it’s great. And it looks wonderful. I’m not using the swivel table as you can see from the picture. And I’m covering up the cupholders just because they’re a stainless metal and that looks a little bit not the vibe of that room. But basically I’m very happy with this. This is a small sofa (no legs) but perfect for what I needed it for...I have it in our basement family room against a wall and have the pillows on top of the back of the couch for support. This will be very handy when we have lots of family over at Christmas. The 2 lower cushions are separate, but a twin sheet fits around it so it would be easy to sleep on without the cushions separating. It would be handy if the 2 top cushions had clips that would keep the 2 cushions together in case someone would want to sleep on that part. Super easy to "put together"... just open the box, cut the plastic and the sofa puts itself together! The cushions are nice and firm. Easy to move around because there are 4 separate pieces!.
