We bought this small Serta sofa for a small suite we built on our home. It has a small.sitting area next to the kitchen so this size worked well. It has a twin pull out bed with mattress for guests. It has a nice, soft fabric that seems like it will hold up well to use and wear. The seat cushions are fairly firm, but I like them. I dont like to sink down on a sofa seat. This way its comfortable seating and easy to stand up from the seated position. All in all I think we will get a lot of use from this lovely sofa.. Kimberly. Pensacola, FL. Sat Sep 26 2026

Managed to set it up by myself, took a little over an hour. Exactly as pictured yay! Honestly not bad overall, the screwspieces were easy to install. Hardest part assembling solo was getting the pieces out of the massive boxes and lining up the pieces with the hooks to attach everything together. Would be easier with someone else but all in all, manageable as one person! Would def take less time with 2 people. Too early to tell on how it holds up over time but like everyone states, it is very firm but I personally would prefer a firmer couch versus a previous Wayfair couch I had which was advertised as a movie lounger and was MUCH softer, causing you to sink it in over time therefore it did not hold up very well. Giving it 5 stars for now but will update if anything changes.. Nicole. Salt Lake City. Sun Oct 11 2026

Nearly perfect. I had a very specific list of things I wanted in a couch- one that could convert into at least a queen size bed, was long enough that I could comfortably lie down on it in regular couch form as a 5'8" tall person without it being too long, and one with an optional (and reversible!) chaise lounge but. This sofa delivered on it all. It seems well made, comfy, and I'm very happy with it so far. My only complaint is I wish the seat was deeper. With the cushions on the couch, the seat leaves just a little bit of my thighs hanging off the edge when I sit, so I've taken them off and am using it without them. But my legs are the longest part of me, so your mileage may vary. Levi. West Covina, CA. Thu Sep 03 2026

The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. You have to fix the cushion fabric every once in a while because it starts to look funny when you use the couch frequently. Attached is the photo of how the couch cushions shift.. Mindy. Landis, NC. My hubby did not want it at first but now it says “Im glad you bought it”. And it was easy to assemble. The box damaged and taped up but all the pieces were there and no damage to the items.
