This couch is very sturdy yet very comfortable. I think this soft fabric will last a while. It’s a very beautiful color. Silver like. The space under the Chase lounge is soul Roomie. I was able to get the sheets for the king size Bed, and a nice big king size pillow in side the storage space. Plus various throw blankets and pillows as well. I would say so far. The sectional has a gas lift seat frame that hides a storage space that is approximately four inches high. Gas lift technology allows for safe access to the storage area as the frame is easy to open and will not slam shut. The entire 86 inch wide sectional arrives in one amazingly compact and eco-friendly box with easy-to-follow instructions, so delivery and assembly are simple.

The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. Very pleased. If I had to change anything it would be higher up off the floor, too low for me, I'm tall. I did raise it up by about 2", bought 4" legs and raised the 2 coasters (On pull out) with blocks of wood painted black. Another change I'd make are the back cushions, I'd make the 3 reversable ,without the black fabric and velcro. Other than those 2 tweaks I like the couch. It did come in 2 boxes, on 2 different days. Packaging was Chinese cardboard (very thin) and there were areas that were torn open exposing the couch fabric which was in a thin bag of plastic. Luckily no damage to the couch! Packaging could be a bit more beefy since it's Fedex Ground and one person...dragging it to door, no handtruck!!! One package 101 lb's and other 87 lb's. I love this couch. I thought I'd only usa it pulled out for guests to sleep on it but turns out I leave it pulled out all the time and it's just so comfortable for me to relax on, watch TV or work on my laptop. To spend a night sleeping on it feels a little harsher on your body, but I got a layer of foam I lay on top to add extra comfort to my guests when they stay the night. The storage is great and it was easy to assemble. I had issues with my delivery and it was a three day saga but once I had it in hands I was very happy with it. The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse.
