Definitely as advertised. Very fair price and the pillows are definitely between a medium and firm pillow. After sleeping on them all night they fluff back up to their normal shape. I have had neck problems for 5 years and I have been searching for a comfortable pillow for all of that time. I don't like a thick pillow and this one seems to be the most comfortable so far.
