I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

The only thing that bothered me was the time it took to get here. It took 22 days from purchase to receive the mattress. I have slept on it, a very comfortable balance of plush and firmness. Offers great relief from lower back pain. Comfortable in virtually any position I sleep.(back, side, and occasionally stomach). Traded from a dealt full size bed, this is definitely an upgrade worth the money. Just wait til a sale I got my queen size for 514.. Travis. Indiana. Fri Oct 09 2026

The Serta Low Profile Box spring offers support, durability, and reduced motion. When used with a proper supportive bed frame, it helps prevent sagging and blowing for the life of the mattress

Good support in a low profile. We also have a narrow stairway as our home is built on pilings so we wouldnt have gotten a one piece king box spring up the stairs regardless, so we were excited to see this option.. Dan. MI. Sat Sep 12 2026

Perfect for guest beds, spare beds, and kids’ rooms, this spring mattress with a firm feel features response open coils and a seal support gel foam layer for an on-the-bed feeling. It’s a great night’s sleep at an affordable price.

This bed is very comfortable. It definitely is more firm than soft as described. The first one came with a tear in it but Wayfair was awesome and sent us a new one. We would recommend. Our guests say they slept well!. Catie. Sanford, NC. Mon Aug 21 2023

The all-new 2023 Perfect Sleeper collection featuring a coil density system, this supportive mattress offers zoned comfort and pressure relief with a lumbar gel support band—with upgrades available with more cooling layers and support.

10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. I love it. It’s well made and plush and firm at the same time. Very worth the money. It looks way better in person than the pictures.. Maria. Long Island Ny. Sun Oct 11 2026

This firm hybrid mattress delivers balanced support through a combination of responsive coils and cushioning foam layers. Designed with a firm feel, it provides a stable sleep surface that helps promote proper alignment while minimizing excessive sink. The hybrid construction pairs the contouring comfort of foam with the durability and support of an innerspring core, creating a sleep experience that feels both supportive and comfortable. A breathable design encourages airflow throughout the mattress for added comfort. Plus, the hybrid construction combines pressure-relieving comfort with dependable support.

Great quality mattress, giving it four stars only because, while the title indicates firm, the description on the sight rates it right in the middle of plush and firm-exactly at medium, which is what I wanted. I was able to buy a topper and I actually love that I have the firm support for my lower back and a little squish on top for comfort. The mattress is very well made, no sagging off the side of the bed when sitting, it didn’t have much of a smell when unboxing, fully “inflated” and aired out for a few days as instructed before easily plopping it onto the Wayfair foundation I bought to match!. Mattress in a box with premium gel foam+bamboo memory foam, fiberglass-free, 2 sides design cover, and medium firm to extra firm for back pain, low motion transfer. Experience the luxury of high-quality mattresses, and enjoy a deep and restful sleep experience.

The mattress is comfortable enough and popped up to full-size within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that full-size is closer to 6 1/2 than the actual 8 inches that I ordered. I’m used to it on Grindr, but kind of disappointed with Wayfair. I ordered that size in particular because it would fill the gap on my new mattress frame and headboard that I also just bought so now I have an empty 2 inches that I have to stuff with pillows or buy a new extra large, extra firm bolster..
