The only thing that bothered me was the time it took to get here. It took 22 days from purchase to receive the mattress. I have slept on it, a very comfortable balance of plush and firmness. Offers great relief from lower back pain. Comfortable in virtually any position I sleep.(back, side, and occasionally stomach). Traded from a dealt full size bed, this is definitely an upgrade worth the money. Just wait til a sale I got my queen size for 514.. Travis. Indiana. Fri Oct 09 2026

Infusing gel particles with visco-elastic memory foam helps to create an optimal temperature for an ideal sleep environment. With an open-cell structure, heat can dissipate faster regulating your body heat while the traditional memory foam cradles your joints, reducing pressure and easing you into a deeper sleep.

Dog approved! We love this mattress. We have so much more space. The mattress itself is the perfect amount of firm and plush. We went with a 10” since our bed frame is smallish and short. It was the perfect height. It’s a great mattress.. Blythe. US. Sun Oct 11 2026

10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. Overall a good mattress, cooling effect isnt as expected and the sides are not as sturdy as we expected. If you sit on sides, mattress sides bend a lot. Overall good mattress for the price.. Muhammad Z. Thu Oct 22 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see, the room hasn't been updated in 10 + years including our mattress.. this has been an actual game changer!!!! It feels really nice, medium feel, i dont feel like i sink in but it also doesnt feel like a board. It almost curves to my body and I have been getting such a great night's sleep with this mattress!!! I am a plus size person and between me and my husband its well over 550+ pounds of weight but it has been working out for us. We've been using this mattress for almost 60 days and it feels the same as the first day we got it! Comfortable, doesnt sink for our weight and so far I love laying in bed without getting some type of soreness from sleeping "wrong". Its definitely the mattress you use that causes this.. in love with our new mattress!!!!. Ashleyr. Mon Oct 12 2026

We've evolved the Serta iSeries NXG to be the next generation of comfort. We've built this Plush feel mattress with a series of benefits for the sleep you want. Experience immediate cooling, instant pressure relief, and ideal support for a deeper, more restful sleep at a price that makes sense. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this mattress is excellent. It is a heavy, thick mattress with a soft and durable cooling cover. It feels like a mattress that will stand up to the test of time. I’ve had a few budget memory foam mattresses, and there is a marked difference in quality between those mattresses and this mattress. This mattress is soft, but it is definitely not plush. I would say it is medium firmness. When you lay on the mattress, it sinks in, but you do not melt into it. There is little to no motion transfer, so you do not feel your partner moving through the night. I love that there is a 100 night trial so you can shop with confidence.. Aprilb. Thu Feb 19 2026
