This Beautyrest topper really helps! After a 10 year old Serta Perfect sleeper had started to fail, I thought this would help my osteoarthritic and scoliosis lower back to give more support in order to sleep better until I can replace the platform bed mattress. This mattress topper is great! I absolutely love that it has straps on all four corners that hold it on top of the bed mattress so that it does not slide. It has held its shape over the course of the past month and provides the bed with extra comfort. It is a bit more on the firmer side, but does get a little softer with more frequent use.
