Better than expected! Quality hardware and materials. Super comfy. Hopefully the foam padding holds up and doesn’t compress too much over time. Came packaged extremely well with easy to assemble instructions. Included extra screws, an Allen wrench and a white glove (which I didn’t use). Once unpacked and confirmed all parts were enclosed, it took about 30-40 minutes to assemble. Very happy with this purchase. I purchased 2 of these chairs, because we weren't looking to spend too much money and needed our office chairs replaced. These are decent chairs for the price. Assembling was not too bad; fabric is not great, but worth the price paid. These chairs are narrower than expected and not sure about the 400lb capacity, although that feature didn't matter to us. Overall, the chairs are comfortable enough and of good enough quality for the price, so we are happy with the purchase.. Tamara. US. Mon Oct 12 2026
