[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this thing is amazing it’s like sleeping on a cloud, I can honestly say when I lay down on this mattress I can feel the aches and pains slowly decimate. Great cushioning for my side sleeping in a 65% side sleeper and this thing allows my body to do that. Very quiet mattress as you would expect from Serta. With a box mattress under this thing is very tall I love it. I sleep good throughout the night and wake up refreshed. So far so good a mattress is a huge investment for your personal well being and this is a great start. Make sure to get deep pocket linens for this mattress they are very thick.. Mustafah. 10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026
