The only thing that bothered me was the time it took to get here. It took 22 days from purchase to receive the mattress. I have slept on it, a very comfortable balance of plush and firmness. Offers great relief from lower back pain. Comfortable in virtually any position I sleep.(back, side, and occasionally stomach). Traded from a dealt full size bed, this is definitely an upgrade worth the money. Just wait til a sale I got my queen size for 514.. Travis. Indiana. Fri Oct 09 2026

10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

This is my absolute favorite mattress! I have 1 in my master bedroom and now 1 in my guest bedroom. I also bought my daughter this mattress! I plan to get another for my second guest room as well! Kinda firm but also soft. Ive had other firm mattresses that I would wake up in the night with my body aching because it was too hard. I had spinal fusion on my lower back and too soft of a bed doesn't work. This mattress has been a game changer!. Tina. Watford City, ND. Thu Sep 17 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see, the room hasn't been updated in 10 + years including our mattress.. this has been an actual game changer!!!! It feels really nice, medium feel, i dont feel like i sink in but it also doesnt feel like a board. It almost curves to my body and I have been getting such a great night's sleep with this mattress!!! I am a plus size person and between me and my husband its well over 550+ pounds of weight but it has been working out for us. We've been using this mattress for almost 60 days and it feels the same as the first day we got it! Comfortable, doesnt sink for our weight and so far I love laying in bed without getting some type of soreness from sleeping "wrong". Its definitely the mattress you use that causes this.. in love with our new mattress!!!!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 12 2026
