The only thing that bothered me was the time it took to get here. It took 22 days from purchase to receive the mattress. I have slept on it, a very comfortable balance of plush and firmness. Offers great relief from lower back pain. Comfortable in virtually any position I sleep.(back, side, and occasionally stomach). Traded from a dealt full size bed, this is definitely an upgrade worth the money. Just wait til a sale I got my queen size for 514.. Travis. Indiana. Fri Oct 09 2026

I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

This is my absolute favorite mattress! I have 1 in my master bedroom and now 1 in my guest bedroom. I also bought my daughter this mattress! I plan to get another for my second guest room as well! Kinda firm but also soft. Ive had other firm mattresses that I would wake up in the night with my body aching because it was too hard. I had spinal fusion on my lower back and too soft of a bed doesn't work. This mattress has been a game changer!. Tina. Watford City, ND. Thu Sep 17 2026

10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this mattress is excellent. It is a heavy, thick mattress with a soft and durable cooling cover. It feels like a mattress that will stand up to the test of time. I’ve had a few budget memory foam mattresses, and there is a marked difference in quality between those mattresses and this mattress. This mattress is soft, but it is definitely not plush. I would say it is medium firmness. When you lay on the mattress, it sinks in, but you do not melt into it. There is little to no motion transfer, so you do not feel your partner moving through the night. I love that there is a 100 night trial so you can shop with confidence.. Aprilb. Thu Feb 19 2026
