The product is good, just not aesthetically great. It’s truly aesthetics only. The delivery drivers assembled it for me and the Serta cushions create a firm but comfortable loveseat /full bed. The “trundle” below the seat slides out allowing the 3rd section of bed to be accessed. I’m not a fan of the fabric loops, and tuck them into the closed trundle. Please consider re-engineering this to increase the aesthetics. Based on my desire for the best experience of my guest, I ordered high end full size sheets. I was surprised that the size of the convertible bed is smaller than a full size mattress. The bed is large enough,… and the “few inches off” isn’t a huge deal, just an annoyance. The boulce fabric I chose may not wear well. I hope I’m wrong. If the fabrics and colors were all available, I would have chosen the smooth leather like fabrics in a dark color. This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. I do very much like to storage compartments in each side and the cup holders. My only real complaint was that the instructions were absolutely horrible! The pieces didn’t match and nothing was labeled with stickers so you could figure out what each part was, and this was especially important for the three cushion pieces. So easy to put together even by yourself--only need to attach the arm rests and legs. No tools needed as.the screws and hex key are provided. The hardest part was taking it out of the box (or in my case, ripping the box away from the couch). As a couch, it feels great if you like stiffer support, like I do. If youre looking for a cloud to sit on, this aint it. Similarly the bed portion is kinda of stiff for sleeping but its easily solved by a mattress topper. Its super easy to fold and unfold, but mine didnt come with directions, so here are some tips. To flatten it to a bed, unfold the seat to flat first. Then unzip the pockets in the back of the backrest and unbend the legs for the backrest. After, gently pull the backrest forward first (like the backseat of your car when youre trying to get to your trunk from the inside of your car) and then push it all the way back to the floor. If you want to recline, you have to pull it up to the desired angle from the flat position. Note, the back has a huge exposed zipper (see pic) so if you dont put it against a wall, youll probably want a throw blanket or something else to hide it. Fair warning, it seems smaller than a twin in terms of width so larger guests and guests who roll in their sleep may feel uncomfortable with the width.
