This sleeper chair was super easy to assemble, I think it took less than 5 minutes. The worst part was carrying the box upstairs! It is good quality and pretty comfortable for what it is. It seems pretty solid. Or is it just because it’s so massively heavy?. Anonymous. Thu Aug 27 2026

Little bit shorter than we expected but very comfortable. Live the storage!. Mike. Vacaville, CA. Fri Feb 07 2020

Great couch! It fits out small space and was easy to asssemble.. Bridget Hirthe. Milwaukee, WI. Wed Oct 07 2026

While being small in stature, the sectional is big on comfort and convenience, making it a great seating option that the whole family will love. This sectional is 86 inches wide and features a reversible chaise ottoman, allowing for easy configuration in your living room or family room. Upholstered in soft polyester fabric with a plush microfiber feel, this piece has comfortable spring and foam-filled seat cushions and pillowy back cushions that will make the Palisades storage sectional a favorite relaxation destination in your home. The sectional has a gas lift seat frame that hides a storage space that is approximately four inches high. Gas lift technology allows for safe access to the storage area as the frame is easy to open and will not slam shut. The entire 86 inch wide sectional arrives in one amazingly compact and eco-friendly box with easy-to-follow instructions, so delivery and assembly are simple.

The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. You have to fix the cushion fabric every once in a while because it starts to look funny when you use the couch frequently. Attached is the photo of how the couch cushions shift.. Mindy. Landis, NC. I really like this couch, the only thing I didn't like is that the cushions doesn't actually fit on the frame of the couch it actually hags off a little, the material is nice but as with linen can look a little wrinkled leaving it to look used. But overall it's really nice and compliments my living room.. Bernadette. Newark, NJ. Fri Apr 01 2022

Great quality, easy to pull out the sleeper. A little higher seat than your average sofa, which is great for my tall family. Slightly firm to sit on, but am hoping that means it wont wear out in 6 months. Fabric seems very durable, tight weave, which should hold up well with our kids and pets.. Tracy. Gilbert, AZ. Sun Sep 06 2026

Shape-shifting comfort meets smart innovation — this reversible convertible sofa effortlessly transforms from a sleek sofa to a spacious sofa-chaise to a true king-size sleeper with its smooth split-mechanism design. Wrapped in cozy woven polyester fabric, it’s built for both style and durability. With added finger-guard pinch-point protection for safe everyday use, this piece brings luxe looks, smart function, and serious relaxation — all in one reversible, space-saving powerhouse.

Nearly perfect. I had a very specific list of things I wanted in a couch- one that could convert into at least a queen size bed, was long enough that I could comfortably lie down on it in regular couch form as a 5'8" tall person without it being too long, and one with an optional (and reversible!) chaise lounge but. This sofa delivered on it all. It seems well made, comfy, and I'm very happy with it so far. My only complaint is I wish the seat was deeper. With the cushions on the couch, the seat leaves just a little bit of my thighs hanging off the edge when I sit, so I've taken them off and am using it without them. But my legs are the longest part of me, so your mileage may vary. Levi. West Covina, CA. Thu Sep 03 2026

We bought this small Serta sofa for a small suite we built on our home. It has a small.sitting area next to the kitchen so this size worked well. It has a twin pull out bed with mattress for guests. It has a nice, soft fabric that seems like it will hold up well to use and wear. The seat cushions are fairly firm, but I like them. I dont like to sink down on a sofa seat. This way its comfortable seating and easy to stand up from the seated position. All in all I think we will get a lot of use from this lovely sofa.. Kimberly. Pensacola, FL. Sat Sep 26 2026
