Definitely as advertised. Very fair price and the pillows are definitely between a medium and firm pillow. After sleeping on them all night they fluff back up to their normal shape. The pillows give just enough to feel comfortable yet support your head and neck well. Other websites were out of items similar to this and were a bit more expensive anyhow. Since I am a down pillow sleeper nothing else works for me so it was important for me to find 75% down (some websites say they are high "feather" count but make sure it's "down" and not goose feathers if that's what you want). The product description was right on, it is 75% down not just "feathers". The only complaint I have is that it's a bit too fluffy (ie a little stiffer than I wanted) but maybe that's because I was used to my old worn out down pillow.
