I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. We bought this small Serta sofa for a small suite we built on our home. It has a small.sitting area next to the kitchen so this size worked well. It has a twin pull out bed with mattress for guests. It has a nice, soft fabric that seems like it will hold up well to use and wear. The seat cushions are fairly firm, but I like them. I dont like to sink down on a sofa seat. This way its comfortable seating and easy to stand up from the seated position. All in all I think we will get a lot of use from this lovely sofa.. Kimberly. Pensacola, FL. Sat Sep 26 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Mon Sep 21 2026
