The sectional has a gas lift seat frame that hides a storage space that is approximately four inches high. Gas lift technology allows for safe access to the storage area as the frame is easy to open and will not slam shut. The entire 86 inch wide sectional arrives in one amazingly compact and eco-friendly box with easy-to-follow instructions, so delivery and assembly are simple.

The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. The manufacturer is proudly bringing the comfort to America's living room. This Sectional begins with milling and drying own hardwoods at lumberyard facility to ensure that frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of Serta upholstery frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at 1 of 2 nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in 1 manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Serta upholstery fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in climate controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse. I definitely prefer this bed over my last Sentra matress I had received, the other one made us sink in a lot and it just was uncomfortable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this bed in Queen size and medium firmness for our son’s room. Me personally, I like soft beds for my achy joints and I’m a side-sleeper, but firmer beds are better for young kids so I’ll give my opinions as best as I can. It’s truly medium firm— not so firm I feel like I’m sleeping on the floor, but not so soft that it conforms to my body shape. As a side-sleeper, I did feel the pressure in my shoulders after napping for a couple hours, but nothing too crazy. It’s not super bouncy which is great ‘cause you won’t feel it when someone moves on the other side. I feel like it has great edge support also as it doesn’t buckle under me at 180 lbs and actually feels slightly more concave towards the middle than the edges.
