Got this for my daughter who was 7 at the time. I was worried about it lasting because she is a bit destructive and messy (just being honest). It has held up great! It's lasted tantrums, play time, jumping on the bed, craft time, etc. I have never delt with any broken or falling slats either. Definitely happy with this purchase!. Shamika. Middleboro, MA. Nearly perfect. I had a very specific list of things I wanted in a couch- one that could convert into at least a queen size bed, was long enough that I could comfortably lie down on it in regular couch form as a 5'8" tall person without it being too long, and one with an optional (and reversible!) chaise lounge but. This sofa delivered on it all. It seems well made, comfy, and I'm very happy with it so far. My only complaint is I wish the seat was deeper. With the cushions on the couch, the seat leaves just a little bit of my thighs hanging off the edge when I sit, so I've taken them off and am using it without them. But my legs are the longest part of me, so your mileage may vary. Levi. West Covina, CA. Thu Sep 03 2026

The Serta Copenhagen 78-inch rolled arm sofa combines classic comfort with a streamlined profile for everyday living. Easy-care fabric, loose pillow-back cushions, and supportive construction make it a practical choice for living rooms, apartments, offices, and family spaces.

Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Sun Sep 20 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good mattress can make or break my sleep after a long day with my kids (not to mention a long night when someone inevitably crawls in bed with me). I prefer the medium-firm feel like this mattress compared to something too soft or overly firm. The queen size is perfect for a variety of situations/rooms. I’m glad I chose Serta who is an established brand with many years of experience. I also like the way the 14” depth looks in my guest room once I put all the bedding on. This is a great mattress to consider if you are looking for a traditional mattress with a balance of comfort and support.. Meganr. Mon Oct 19 2026

Plus, it features low-motion transfer, allowing you to stay asleep undisturbed even if a partner tosses and turns.

Very satisfied with this mattress. I’ve had this mattress for over a year and I get great sleep. Not too firm or soft, perfect for any sleeping positions. My son naps with me and he sleeps like a baby!. Anonymous. Sun Oct 11 2026
