If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Incredible couch. It’s the perfect density (you don’t want this to be too squishy since it’s a shorter couch) and it’s even been preferred by guests over an air mattress or anything else! I started receiving compliments about how lovely the colour of this sofa is as soon as we took it out of the box whilst still in the driveway. It is very comfortable and it fits perfectly in our small apartment. I was worried it would look too modern when mixed with blush pink mid century accent chairs but the legs are well concealed so the sofa blends in with other styles whilst still standing out for the colour.
