Set up a little while ago layers snap but don’t seem very tight. Its much louder streaming than I thought, tried adjusting pump but haven’t gotten it to sound smoother trickling. Set up was fine . Please note that you can just plug into an electrical outlet . You do not need to “hard wire it” as the description says. It is easy. However, the unit has a defect! The fake copper lip that the water falls from is NOT LEVEL ! Therefore the waterfall will never be like the picture in a nice V fall. Perfect addition to our screened porch! While it's called a "floor fountain," it's small enough to go on a side table or on a short cabinet, which is where I've placed it. The water flow is pleasant to look at and to hear, and the LED lights are a lovely addition. An occasional small drop is cast off onto the cabinet below, which isn't a problem since this is a porch that gets rained on anyway.
