Set up a little while ago layers snap but don’t seem very tight. Its much louder streaming than I thought, tried adjusting pump but haven’t gotten it to sound smoother trickling. The top bubbler is very wobbly. All in all the fountain looks nice just need to tweak the pump I guess. Not very easy to adjust the pump sine it’s enclosed. This turned out beautifully but was not easy to assemble. The directions were terrible and feel incomplete. My husband had to spend a whole day and hire a handyman to help him install it. Set up was fine . Please note that you can just plug into an electrical outlet . You do not need to “hard wire it” as the description says. It is easy. However, the unit has a defect! The fake copper lip that the water falls from is NOT LEVEL ! Therefore the waterfall will never be like the picture in a nice V fall. Cute fountain, a bit shorter than I realized. Had some blemishes in the glazing where it looks like someone applied a different material to fix it? The instructions didn’t include a great diagram of the part labeled “leak protector” so I had to find an online instruction manual for a similar fountain from the same company, which used the same part. The pump was a bit unwieldy to position. So far it’s a pleasant sound of water, no drips. Not sure if any birds will use it, I was hoping the sphere on top would attract hummingbirds to bathe. Easiest fountain order and installation. I have had multiple fountains over the years and basically it was a fill up with water and plug in set up. Pretty well made fountain. The only issue is the pump (even at the lowest setting) pushed the water out much too fast causing an excessive amount of spillage and a non-soothing sound. Perfect addition to our screened porch! While it's called a "floor fountain," it's small enough to go on a side table or on a short cabinet, which is where I've placed it. The water flow is pleasant to look at and to hear, and the LED lights are a lovely addition. An occasional small drop is cast off onto the cabinet below, which isn't a problem since this is a porch that gets rained on anyway. It’s so pretty! I love the gentle burbling sound with a slight echo from the ceramic basin. The light is lovely but I wish you could have the fountain on without the light during the day.
