The orthopedic puzzle mat contains 8 modules of different patterns (grass, pebbles, waves, and thorns). Dimensions: 1 Module - 9.8 x 9.8'' (25 x 25 cm). Grass module - the surface of the module imitates the grass of the meadow. The semi-soft blades of grass stimulate the acupuncture points of the foot; Pebbles module - the surface of the module looks like soft pebbles of various sizes and acquires pleasant pressure to all of the receptors of the foot, which stimulates the immune system and improves blood circulation; Thorns module - a moderately firm surface of the mat, which helps form a stable musculoskeletal system and good balancing skills; Waves module - the surface of the mat is covered in thorns of various lengths, which allows massaging feet with different intensities. The wave repeats the shape of a healthy arch of the foot and trains not only the foot but the ankle as well. Material: PVC
