Bought this for outside, which in retrospect probably was a bad idea. It stopped working after a couple of weeks. I cant answer this as the delivered box already made sounds of loose pieces inside even before I opened it. Upon opening, the cover glass was in pieces, some falling onto my counter. I have resealed it and am trying to figure out who can help resolve this messy situation. Perhaps it will help to note that there was half an inch foam layer on the bottom on the clock, but no such protection against the glass, and you may wish to investigate if a packer lapsed on this important count.
