So far pretty good office chair. This did not take long to assemble. It feels comfortable and supportive. The foot rest works well, especially with the reclining feature. At first the massage didn't seem like it worked the best, but it does once you position yourself right. It's the summer right now, so we haven't used the heat feature. I'll update once we do. I would recommend this product to our family and friends.. Teresa. Chester, VA. Fri Aug 07 2026

First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026
