I am a bit disappointed, I just unboxed this and started assembling it. I got to the step to put the laundry bags on the “drawer” slide and the last one was broken. One of the rails was broken and the bad cannot Velcro around it. Otherwise , I really like this . I’m hoping the company can send me a replacement B piece so I don’t have to return the whole thing. UPDATE!! Customer service was amazing and I received a message from the vendor saying they could replace the broken piece. This is a great hamper. The material is very soft! Its not scratchy like most wicker furniture and its held up pretty good over the years. I have had to reweave a few spots from my cats clawing at it but its still sturdy, large and has very strong fabric for the dividers.
