This is not our first compression sofa, however it is our favorite. The problem they all share is that they are small. Not great for taller adults because they are low. However this sofa is unique from others because of the spring layer. It’s not just foam, it feels more like a regular sofa because of the springs. My six foot tall husband can sit comfortably on this sofa unlike the other cloudboneless couches we’ve purchased. The cup holders and chargers are great! I reiterated multiple times the pieces that I was missing and they reassured me also multiple times that they would send the right pieces.Waited a long time for the pieces to come instead we received a box that was identical to the previous box with still the same missing pieces I was expecting them to either re-ship the parts but all they did was say they could refund me and I had to ship it back. I could no longer put all these cushions back in a box because they had expanded.My Roommate and then re-ordered the same couch and they shipped the same two boxes with the same missing parts but this time with different instructions to a different couch and I now have to dispose of all of these pieces because I cannot build this couch without the missing parts.
