The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. I wish the back cushions came with velcro on the back of them like the seat cushions do to help them stay in place better. All in all a very nice sectional. Andrea. Harrisburg, PA. Wed Jul 22 2026

Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

I was able to build it alone, the back support would not fit into any of the slides. I had to hammer them some, and then it fit perfectly. The couch is firm but comfortable. I really like it looks just like the pictures. Meka. Htx. Thu Oct 15 2026

Absolutely in love with this couch. Immediately out of the box it was already pretty comfortable! Has a slight smell out of the package but it smells like new car to me. Assembly was easy - you screw on the legs and then snap in the backing like Legos. It took me about 1.5 hours to do solo. Delivery was as expected - we received 3 ~75lb packages, 3 ~50lb packages, and 2 ~10lb packages. The packages are pretty large so I would definitely recommend 2 people for getting them inside..
