This is a great couch. I was surprised how small the boxes were. As soon as I opened the boxes the sectional came to life. The color is very pretty and the material is nice and soft. The couch is very comfortable to sit on. I would like the back cushions to be a little more supportive but I do like that it comes with some extra pillows. It says it needs 72 hrs to fully expand so hopefully the back cushions become more comfortable. Overall this is a nice couch and I would definitely recommend. Charisse. Charlotte, NC. I absolutely love this sectional! The color is beautiful in person, the fabric is soft, and the couch is really comfortable. I especially love the movable ottomans—I can easily change the setup depending on whether we’re lounging, having a movie night, or want more open space. My only issue was assembly. The instructions are universal for several of their couches instead of specific to this model, so it was confusing at first. I assembled part of it incorrectly and had to undo about 30 minutes of screwing. Tip Open ALL the boxes first and make sure you have all the pieces and hardware before starting.. Anonymous. The six included accent pillows add an extra layer of texture and comfort.

This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. Love my sectional. I was a little worried when people in the reviews said it was hard. Not hard at all. It was stiff as it is new but it will break in with time. We have had it up a couple of days still loving it. One thing it suggested when it arrives take and open all your sear and back cushions a day or two before you plan on setting it up so they can completely expane.. Marlena. La Porte, TX. I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026
