I love the finished product, fits nicely in a small apt. I will say you need two people to assemble. It took me forever. I'm also not too confident in the the support bar that holds the wooden planks, the design is mediocre and doesn't allow the bar to meet the connecting bar for a secure fit leaving gaps.. Jasmine . So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

I am so impressed with this sofa i gave it 5 stars even though I have a time problems with it. First the good..which outweighs the problems. This is a huge sectional sofa. I got the brown and I love the fabric and the coloring of it. It is so soft. It is also has a lot of seat room from front to back. Very comfortable to sit on. Plenty of room to stretch out and take a nap on. This sectional sofa cant be rearranged. It all hooks together and is not stand alone pieces that can be rearranged except for the two very large ottomans. The ottomans have lots of storage in them, for throws or blankets. You need a large room to accommodate this big, sturdy and beautiful sofa. I had some problems with the instructions, they are not as clear as they could be. A lot of tiny diagrams to figure out. There again that could be that I am a senior lady and the fine print and drawings were more difficult for me. But I got it together with a little help in about 3 hours. Second problem I was missing some pieces on the ottomans but one call to Wayfair and the pieces are on there way. Excellent customer service. Love the sofa.. Darlene. Terre Haute, IN.
