This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. Many years on, this is still a great sofa. I have cats, and the fabric may honestly be about the best-case scenario for a cat household. As you can see in my admittedly dirty sofa photo, claws do occasionally pull up little loops, but they can easily be trimmed or pulled out with very little effect on the overall appearance of the fabric. The modular parts have held up extremely well too. We have reconfigured the sofa plenty of times over the years, and all of the hinges and connectors are still solid. The connectors are substantial metal pieces, not little plastic clips, and nothing has loosened up or broken with repeated use. The storage under the seats is still one of my favorite features. There is a surprising amount of room in there, and having storage built into basically every section makes the whole modular design much more useful. After years of regular use, pets, moving pieces around, opening and closing the storage, and generally not babying it, it has held up remarkably well. I would absolutely buy it again.. Skipp. US. Family and kitty approved. I can’t believe they shipped this in a box. But I guess if they can ship memory foam mattresses in a box taking ship couches in a box. This is supposed to be part of like an L shaped foam couch. But I got the one side open box for a great deal and paired it with an oversized foam. She also bought from Wayfair. The area rug was also a great deal on Wayfair and realties them together. I highly recommend it’s comfortable and stylish and I really like the fabric.. Elizabeth. Chesapeake, VA. Fri Sep 04 2026
