It is a complete setup for a good price. A lot of people have talked about how hard it is to put together. I think maybe a couple of tips would help. For the cam lock screws, follow the tip in the booklet to take the plastic part off first and push them into the slots before putting the screws in. To mount it on the wall where studs were 16 on center, I had to use two scraps of wood at the top and bottom of the unit. Just what I wanted. I'd been looking for about a year at all kinds of Chinoiserie secretary style desks including the full height ones (Like 7 feet) with the cabinet section above.
