I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I love this mattress. When I was shopping for one I knew I wanted something alittle more firm than the one I had been using and this one is perfect.
