[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one month of use, I feel that this mattress provides excellent support for my back and spine. The firmness is just right—not too soft—so I don’t wake up with back pain. My husband has also been trying it for the past month and he is very satisfied, noticing a big improvement with his back pain as well. The surface is flat and sturdy, yet still comfortable without feeling too hard. After a month, the mattress has maintained its shape well without sagging. I also find the material durable and breathable, which keeps us from feeling overheated at night. For the price, I think it offers great value.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 05 2025

Love this bed. So firm! But very heavy so needed help with unpacking. I love it. Would recommend.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 30 2026

This firm hybrid mattress delivers balanced support through a combination of responsive coils and cushioning foam layers. Designed with a firm feel, it provides a stable sleep surface that helps promote proper alignment while minimizing excessive sink. The hybrid construction pairs the contouring comfort of foam with the durability and support of an innerspring core, creating a sleep experience that feels both supportive and comfortable. A breathable design encourages airflow throughout the mattress for added comfort. Plus, the hybrid construction combines pressure-relieving comfort with dependable support.

Great quality mattress, giving it four stars only because, while the title indicates firm, the description on the sight rates it right in the middle of plush and firm-exactly at medium, which is what I wanted. I was able to buy a topper and I actually love that I have the firm support for my lower back and a little squish on top for comfort. The mattress is very well made, no sagging off the side of the bed when sitting, it didn’t have much of a smell when unboxing, fully “inflated” and aired out for a few days as instructed before easily plopping it onto the Wayfair foundation I bought to match!. Great mattress! I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I initially purchased a dreamcloud firm mattress and it felt too soft. Swapped it for this one and I couldn’t be happier! It has minimal bounce and doesn’t sink when you sit on the edges. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a firm mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 08 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is super comfortable. It has great back support, it's a bit firm but still comfy. It's a very thick bed which lends to its comfortability factor. My little kiddo and my cats love sleeping with me in this bed, and it's held up very well. When my little one tosses and turns, it doesn't really disrupt my sleep too much because the mattress is so firm. I've enjoyed this bed and think it's a great value.. Sweetrose781_6167. So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

We got the 14" mattress. I love the 800+ individually wrapped springs, and the fact that it is fiberglass-free, and has CertiPUR-US foam, and OEKO-TEX certification. The mattress also feels really nice and supportive, but also very cushiony on sore joints. I do not think the " reinforced edge support" is anywhere near as supportive as the "integrated mattress edge support" our last mattress from Wayfair featured. The last one we had was the Wayfair Sleep Medium Hybrid Mattress, and you could sit on the side of that one without it sinking down more than just a tiny bit. I liked that feature a lot as it gives you a more stable surface to sit on to put on shoes, etc. Thankfully we have a bench at the end of our bed, because this mattress edge sinks down quite a bit on the edge. (And NO, I have not gained weight since we had the last one.) My husband and I both miss that extra structure at the edges of the old one, but this mattress does feel very nice. Overall we are happy with our purchase. I would have given it 5 stars if it had had the same edge support as the previous mattress. Update: It's now been 5 months that we have been sleeping on this mattress and it is sagging. I wish I'd never bought it. We rotate our mattress every 4 months. We are not obese people, and frankly even if we were, the mattress is supposed to support 880lbs, and my husband and I aren't even half that added together. Don't buy this mattress.... Sherri.
