Very nice matress although I would not clarify it as soft, more of a medium. We laid on the soft matress in the Wayfair store and it was very soft and exactly what we wanted. However, when our matress was delivered it was not like what we laid on in the store as it was more firm. We do like the matress though and decided to keep it.. Carole. Lewis Center, OH. I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026
