Nice trellis for cost. Quality not so great for a couple points: extra weld material/paint blocking insert/connection of gate on one location, and a different gate connection location (upper) where welded does not fully align with the lower weld (we were able to make it work and will not use that side of the gate to prevent potential braking/bending the weld).. The quality is definitely not great. It said it was steel so I assumed it would be more durable than it really is-- it's a thin steel system, hollow on the inside.. Emina. Tue Oct 13 2026

First of all I want to say that I love this garden arch it looks nice and when I opened the box the material seems to be sturdy which is an A+……. BUT, on the other hand, sadly, I have to say that it came INCOMPLETE, I am missing parts which is the arch top connectors tubes without that I cannot keep the arch stand, I contacted Wayfair immediately and sent (proofs) pictures of missing parts and need clear instructions of how to build it that were NOT in the box either. I hate the fact that I have to wait almost 2 weeks to get a “replacements” for the missing parts including building instructions when I am supposed to get those parts ASAP, I also notice that the butterflies were aparently hand painted in gold and NONE of them look very nice because some of them seems to be darker that other ones, other than all that everything else seems ok. Hopefully wayfair sends the replacements soon enough for me to put it on my garden as planned. I might come back and update my review depending how things go.. Ruby. USA. Fri Nov 06 2026
