We bought three of these to create some privacy from our neighbors at an awkward angle near our fence. They’re very pretty and do a great job of creating some privacy without being too harsh. Assembly wasn’t complicated, but it was tedious and a bit frustrating. You need to screw multiple nuts into bolts in very tight spaces and the parts are not machined well, so they don’t fit easily. Also, the tools they provide are nearly useless. After assembling the third one, my fingers were like raw hamburger. I recommend investing in a ratchet tool if you’re purchasing multiple screens. As others have said, they’re sturdy but aren’t going to sustain any significant wind. We installed them in soft ground with the included stakes but we will need to reinforce them as they’ll quickly lean. The flower design creates sharp edges that poke out and can easily hurt you. Our included joiner clips are great for connecting multiple purchased panels and partitioning off a larger area. Space between slats provides efficient airflow and included spacers help with the perfect placement of slats. The real wood, water-based stain panel design gives this privacy screen a stylish look in any yard. We recommend applying a stain every 6 months to maintain optimal color. Transparent or semi-transparent exterior stains will maintain the natural wood look, while solid stains will cover more of the natural wood grain. If the product goes longer than recommended without staining, it will need to be sanded and may require a semi-solid or solid stain. Our powder-coated aluminum posts prevent rusting and provide stability to your screen. This screen is no-dig and very easy to install without tearing up your yard or leaving large holes behind.
