Arrived on time and easy to assemble. Although the microfiber fabric makes me itch, I still need to cover it anyway because we have a cat. Enough to support my height and weight(I'm 5'2"). I mentioned weight because the only things that hold the back support are these two metal pieces that seems to short and not even locked with bolts. Hopefully it will hold long.. California. It also includes a USB port to charge your devices.

This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026

I love my new chair. I splurged on myself and ordered exactly what I wanted. It’s beautiful, and I’m a rocker so I love that it rocks and swivels. Myroom isn’t complete yet, but I’m off to a great start. I took off one star for how difficult it is trying to put the leg rest down after having it up. I actually had to leap over the extended leg rest, and with all my might (which isn’t much) had to kick it hard to make it stay in place. I still love it though.. Neisha. Ham Lake, MN. Loving this recliner so far! The chenille fabric is super soft and feels way more expensive than the price tag suggests, and the tanbeige color matches my living room perfectly. The massage function is a nice surprise - great after a long day, and the remote is simple and intuitive. Reclining is smooth and quiet, not stiff or jerky like some cheaper models. Assembly took about 20 minutes with no tools issues. Its on the bigger side so measure your space first, but overall really happy with the comfort and quality for the price. Would buy again..
