The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers.. I’m very happy with this set. The price was very low. It was easy to put together (great directions). There were 2 places where the screws didn’t line up, but there are plenty of screws to make it solid. (The rug is Wayfir too so I remodeled the porch easily). It is narrower (seat from back to knees) than my old set. If you are tall read the measurements (see pic with my size 8 feet for an idea of the width). It’s comfy and I love the corner!. Connie.
