Originally, I was enticed by a special offer on a model similar with stainless steel interior, which is what I wanted. Then GE took that price away after I slept on it. Then I ordered this one not realizing it was plastic inside. Be careful when ordering appliances and if you see a price you like, grab it! Do not sleep on it or you may lose out. For that, I am angry. .Then came the delivery kerfuffle. I was not communicated with a proper delivery date and was surprised by a call stating they'd be here in 15 minutes! When I did get the dishwasher, the instructions were only fair. The toughest part of installing myself was getting it into position properly. I didn't get very good assistance from the GE delivery company and was not impressed with Wayfair's help when I first realized I could not get the one I wanted. All in all, however, this dishwasher performs very well and has the safety auto-shutoff I was looking for since I've had bad luck with prior dishwashers, especially Bosch!. Ron. Toms River, NJ. Love the oven control choices and the large area you get with the stovetop grates. Only things to criticize is that the timer beeper is way too faint to hear it (need to use a kitchen timer), and that with the large grate layout the burners were not spaced farther apart to take better advantage for large pots. I think it is taking a while to adjust to a third rack since we typically dont put silverware up there. I am also considering replacing some of our taller glasses so that they can still fit in the middle rack without having to give up the option of the third rack. First issue is the cooktop sound is much louder with use than my previous Bosch cooktop. Secondly it has a great panel for the oven however it is either too sensitive or placed in a position that is too easily turned on when using the cooktop. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Engineered loading features and third shelf give maximum loading capacity, even odd shaped items. When operating, so quiet that I am unable to detect that the dishwasher is operating except for ON lighting. Drying is not as perfect: Water is still on items after drying cycle.
