I love it! It looks like realistic logs during the day. And in the evening the glowing embers and flame effect look very realistic and amazing. I’m do agree with others that the crackling sound is not realistic so we don’t turn it on. We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring. Great little space heater for small spaces! It’s very compact as shown when compared to a tissue box. Doesn’t stick out far from the wall. It has a place to wrap up excess cord on the back. Nice little handle for carrying and lightweight.It feels like it puts out a decent amount of heat considering its small size but I don’t think it would do well in big rooms or large spaces as sole source of heat.  The color is more of a yellow white/cream which gives it a kind of antique feel. Terrific heater! We had an electric fireplace from another box store that the warming unit went bad in and I was unable to get any replacement parts for. The measurements of this unit were correct so I replaced the other heater with this and it has worked perfectly, it even looks better than the original!
