My 7 year old son loves his new bed! It’s sturdy and solid, the build was fairly easy (my husband and I completed it in an evening), and the unit is practical and fun. It opens up floor space for him as his room is small. Note that its not full height so he can’t stand underneath it, but its perfect for, a comfy chair, some books, etc. we also mounted his tv underneath so that he has a little hideout to play or watch a movie..
