Overall, I think the scarecrow set is really cute. However, I gave four stars because of the up finishing touches that are a little cause for concern. There was hot glue strands all over the scarecrows, some of the buttons on their clothes were broken and the clothing was cheap and fraying on the edges. I wanted the characters to be recognizable, photographic not animated, and durable. These meet my criteria. Very happy with my purchase. Neighbors who have seen them are impressed. Glenda came with a cloud of white between her head and wand. I took my artist knife and cut the white out, and hot-glued a Popsicle stick to the wand stem to make it durable.
