I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dresser arrived with multiple manufacturer defects, including dents, scratches, and poor craftsmanship that affected its functionality. For the price, I expected much better quality. To make matters worse, the item is now out of stock, so I was unable to receive a replacement. Because this was delivered with white glove service, it also could not be picked up immediately, leaving me stuck with a large, damaged dresser in my home. I was also informed that if the item comes back in stock, I would not be able to receive a replacement at the price I originally paid. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. This despite the number of pieces it came in, was fairly easy to put together. The only issue we ran into was that two glued in screw holders were put in backwards so that you could not screw two parts together (see pic). We had to get a large drill bit and create two new holes through those plastic pieces. It does look exactly as the photos and the drawers align perfectly with no issues when opening or closing them. Definitely read the dimensions of the height and depth of the drawers however, because it’s a bit shorter with more shallow drawers than I anticipated from the image.. Andrea. Laramie, WY. Exactly what i wanted in a chest drawer slick, sturdy, and not too tall. the medium sized drawer that fits about 12 shirts each is perfect for my needs. The build is very sturdy but is a pain to put together on your own.
