Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. This chair has no height adjustable system. Chair reclining position need to be set manualy and by screw which need to tighten after seting reclining angle. Love the chair!!!! I was looking at a similar chair at Room & Board but it was $3200. The price is great, the quality is awesome too. Some people complained about the recline, it reclines fine. There are three settings on the chair and they all lock in place. I think some people are trying to recline between the 2nd and 3rd position and yes it doesn’t lock because its between the position. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two. I did A LOT of research before buying this chair, and I am happy with my purchase. It came in 1 decently packed box. The assembly took 5 minutes, and we are very happy with it so far! It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline.
