Very nice chairs. They are very firm, which I normally do not like, but are so ergomically correct that they are actually quite comfortable. Very solid and sturdy, and the only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that the holes for the recessed bolts did not come with plugs or dowels, leaving a very unfinished look. Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together.
