Good quality. Good customer sevice. The first shipment had a crack in one of the pieces. I notified Wayfair and had a replacement piece within the week. Very easy assembly, but I cant see how you would do it without 2 people. I tried it for the first time last night and I love it. It heated up to 100 degrees very fast. Maybe 10 minutes?. (I didnt want to go full heat right out of the gate). The space is a little tight for a tall person. If you are over 5' 9", you wont be able to stand in it, but you can duck in. You will need to buy a separate sauna backrest if you want to lean back. I was able to lean back facing forward with the backrest. I could sit sideways as well, but with only one leg on the bench. It was comfortable enough. It would have been nice to have both legs up, but I didnt have the space for a bigger sauna. Maybe if you are of smaller stature you could, but it would never be stretched out. I love the wifi feature. I can be sitting on the couch on the first floor, and turn it on from there so it's hot when I get upstairs. I will use it for a few weeks and try to remember to come back and give more info.. I've been searching for a Sauna option for years and decided to try the Henley product due to a friend's review and price point. Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. Love my new sauna seems to work well goes up to 140°. It takes me about 20 minutes to warm it up.
