It’s a light bed cover. I use it daily to cover my bed during the day to avoid dust buildup and for better look and ability to sit on the bed in “not for bed clothing” Looks like the picture maybe just a tiny bit lighter brown then in the description picture.. After taking it out of the bag and giving it a light steam the quilt top looked quite nice. The color also was pretty true to listing’s photo. The textured pattern on top was a little more pronounced than on the website but we liked that look. The small decorative pillows weren’t great quality. Anonymous. Wed Oct 14 2026

This Bedspread is absolutely gorgeous. I love the oversized feature. I love that it is light, if more cover is needed will use a blanket or quilt. It looks great on my antique bed. The only thing—it had a “plastic smell” when I removed it from the packaging. I let it air out for over 24 hours and now it is fine. Not a deal breaker—I am very happy with this item.. Jlele. Beautiful pink. Soft and delicate... most of the time vintage pink is a little too much and almost not pink.. I did not put them on my bed yet because I am moving in a week and am saving them for my new bedroom at my new house. But, they are well made. Happy with my purchase.. I am going to get the matching sheets next.. oh and one of the silk blankets as well. Shipping was delayed about 1 week but I was patient because you cannot rush quality and shouldnt even try. Our Juliet Matelassé Coverlet is a long time favorite. Its textured basket weave design and garment-washed finish make it soft and sumptuous. Available in five favorite neutrals to go with all of your Peacock Alley bedding. Available in coverlets and shams.

Wow! Love it! I’m now a total peacock alley fan, if you have a king bed, this version (and many other peacock alley versions) have more generous sizing to allow extra drape on the sides. Not too much, it isn’t like a bedspread. Also I love that the Juliet has some give. I have the Hamilton which I love but it has zero give and looks more like a quilt. It’s gorgeous too. It depends on what you are going for. Both are in the luxury bedding category,. Mary. Reno, NV. Sat Oct 10 2026
