This item overall has met my expectations. Seat spacing, color and design of the chairs and table are perfect. My reason for putting 4 stars instead of 5 is because the table top itself is not wood, it’s compressed board with a vinyl type overlay.. Megan. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 22 2026

Absolutely love this table! It has exceeded my expectations. I love the color, top is grey/brown. Looks more brown in our kitchen. It is very heavy duty, the wood used seems durable and of high quality. The table was superr heavy. We decided to buy a bench to go with it and leave the leaf in all the time. Could probably use one extra chair but all in all we love it. It was also easy to build! Shipping took longer than expected and kept getting delayed, but gave it 5 stars because it came well packaged and despite the delay the table is beautiful and just what we wanted!. Morgan. The round backrest of the kitchen table chairs with soft foam meets the need for ergonomics. French country dining chairs set of 2 feature a birch frame with rubberwood carved feet, easily supporting up to 285 lbs. This table is very sturdy and heavy! It works great in our short term rental dining room. The finish had imperfections upon arrival and a new table top was sent to us, but it also had some imperfections in the veneer surface. It now has a "well loved" look and a bit of a patina so it actually works well for us. The first image shows the size with one additional insert, it comes with one other insert, so it can extend to quite a length. The other two images show the type of imperfections that are across most of the surface. The white bits and the cup ring are shown after a good cleaning with a damp cloth and they are not removable. We tried furniture polish, but the spots are permanent. That said, we really do enjoy the weight and look of the table and hope to use it for many years.. Albert. Ottawa, ON. Sun Aug 24 2025
